Need help with Yechil? Email us from the address you signed up with, so we can find your account without asking you for more details.

1. How to contact us

Write to us at yechilalways@gmail.com. Tell us what happened and on which page and, if you can, attach a screenshot. We will reply as soon as possible, on working days.

We will never ask for your password or your card details, and you should never send them to us. If anyone asks for them on behalf of Yechil, it is a fraud attempt: do not reply and let us know.

Service provider: Mundaka Norte S.L., Av. del Puente del Pilar, 39, 50014 Zaragoza (España).

2. Account and access

If the verification email or the password reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder; if it still does not arrive, write to us. To change your password, use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page.

If you think someone else has got into your account, change your password straight away and write to us.

In Settings you can download all your data and delete your account whenever you want. To exercise any other right over your data, write to us (see the Privacy policy).

3. Subscription, payments and invoices

To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings and tap “Manage or cancel subscription”.

Payments are handled by Creem (creem.io), which acts as an authorised reseller: it takes the payment and issues your invoice.

If you see a charge you do not recognise or think there is a mistake, write to us before disputing it with your bank: we will look into it with you.

The free trial, renewal, cancellation and the 14-day right of withdrawal are explained in the Terms of use.

4. Adults only (18+)

Yechil is only for people aged 18 or over, or the legal age in your country if it is higher. You may not create an account for a minor or let a minor use yours.

If you believe a minor is using Yechil, let us know at yechilalways@gmail.com with the subject “Minor” and include the account’s email address if you know it. We will review the case and, if it is confirmed, close the account and delete its data. Parents and guardians can also write to us.

5. What Yechil is, and what we do not do

Yechil is a purely educational platform about growing plants. We do not sell, buy, ship or give away seeds, cuttings, plants, cannabis or any other substance, and we do not put buyers and sellers in touch.

No one from Yechil will ever offer you those products. If anyone does so in our name, it is a fraud: do not pay anything and let us know.

Support does not deal with requests about how to obtain seeds, plants or substances, or about how to get around the law.

Yechil’s recommendations, including those of the artificial intelligence, are for guidance only and may contain errors. They are not legal, medical or professional advice.

6. Follow the law in your country

The law on growing certain plants, cannabis in particular, varies from country to country, and in many of them growing is prohibited or restricted. Before you grow, check what the law allows where you live. You alone are responsible for complying with it.

We cannot tell you whether something is legal in your case. For that, consult a lawyer or the authorities in your country.

7. Reporting illegal content or use

Using Yechil to buy, sell or exchange seeds, cuttings, plants or substances, to upload illegal content or to give access to minors is prohibited. The full list is in the Terms of use.

If you come across illegal content on Yechil or a use that breaks these rules, write to yechilalways@gmail.com with the subject “Illegal content report”. Tell us where it is (the page address or a precise description), why you believe it is illegal, and your name and email address, and confirm that you are reporting it in good faith.

We will confirm that we have received your report, review it diligently and tell you what we have decided. Where appropriate, we will remove the content and suspend or close the account responsible. If we remove something of yours, we will explain why, and you can ask us to review the decision by replying to that email.

8. Authorities and points of contact

Under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act), yechilalways@gmail.com is our single point of contact both for users and for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services. Authorities may contact us in Spanish or English.

We only provide user data when the law requires it and upon a valid request from the competent authority.

9. Health and emergencies

Yechil is not a medical or emergency service. In a health emergency, yours or someone else’s, call 112 (in the European Union) or your country’s emergency number.

If you are worried about your own use of any substance or that of someone close to you, talk to your doctor or to the health services in your area.
