Yechil is an educational and informational digital platform that helps adults plan and record the cultivation of plants: a calendar by growth stage, watering, nutrition, lighting, climate, a grow journal, calculators, product catalogues and an assistant based on artificial intelligence.

Yechil is a purely educational platform about plant cultivation, including all varieties and genetics. Yechil does not sell, buy, distribute or act as an intermediary in the sale of seeds, cuttings, plants, cannabis or any other substance, and does not promote their sale, purchase or consumption.

The information, calculations and recommendations provided by Yechil are indicative and general in nature. They do not constitute professional, legal or medical advice.

The legislation on the cultivation of certain plants, in particular cannabis, varies from country to country and may be prohibited or restricted. Each user is solely responsible for finding out about and complying with the law applicable in their place of residence, as well as for all of their decisions and actions. Yechil is used under the sole responsibility of each user.

Access to Yechil is reserved for persons aged 18 or over, or of the legal age applicable in their country if higher. By entering the site and by registering, you declare that you meet this requirement.

Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except for your own personal use of the service.

Third-party trademarks and product names that appear in the catalogues belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for informational purposes only; there is no commercial relationship or sponsorship unless expressly stated.

Mundaka Norte S.L. uses all reasonable means to ensure that the information is correct and up to date, citing its sources, but does not guarantee the absence of errors and is not liable for damages arising from the use of the information, from decisions made by the user or from technical interruptions of the service, except where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the law; if the user is a consumer, the courts of the user’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
