Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the Yechil platform, owned by Mundaka Norte S.L. (NIF B09751579, registered office at Av. del Puente del Pilar, 39, 50014 Zaragoza (España)). By creating an account you accept these terms. How we process your data and which cookies we use is explained in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

Yechil is a purely educational platform that teaches how to plan and care for the cultivation of plants of all kinds of varieties and genetics. Yechil does not sell or buy seeds, cuttings, plants, cannabis or any other substance, does not act as an intermediary in their sale and does not promote their sale, purchase or consumption.

Each user is solely responsible for complying with the law of their country and for all of their decisions and actions related to cultivation. You must check whether growing a particular plant is permitted where you live before doing so.

Yechil’s recommendations, including those of the artificial intelligence, are indicative, may contain errors and do not replace the advice of a professional.

To use Yechil you must be over 18 (or of the legal age in your country, if higher), register with a valid email and keep your password secret. The account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for any activity carried out with your account.

Access to Yechil’s features requires a paid subscription, monthly or annual, depending on the plan chosen. Prices are shown including taxes before you pay.

Plans include a 7-day free trial: nothing is charged during the trial and you can cancel at any time from your account. If you do not cancel before it ends, the chosen plan is charged and the subscription continues.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless you cancel it beforehand from your account. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

The seller of the subscription is Creem (creem.io), which acts as an authorised reseller (merchant of record): it takes the payment, handles the taxes and issues your invoice.

We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; the new price will apply at the next renewal and you may cancel beforehand if you do not agree.

As a consumer in the European Union you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the subscription. When subscribing you may request that the service begin immediately; in that case, if you withdraw within that period, you will be refunded the amount paid minus the proportionate part of the service already provided, in accordance with the law.

To withdraw, write to us at yechilalways@gmail.com from your account’s email address within that period. As the payment is taken by Creem, the refund is issued by Creem to the same payment method.

Some features, only if you give your consent, send your messages or photos to Anthropic (United States), our artificial intelligence provider, for analysis. Each plan includes a reasonable monthly use of these features, as stated in its description. Automated or abusive use is prohibited.

Using Yechil to offer, request, buy, sell or exchange seeds, cuttings, plants or substances.

Publishing unlawful or offensive content, content that incites consumption, or content that infringes the rights of third parties.

Attempting to access other people’s accounts or data, interfering with the operation of the platform or extracting its contents in bulk.

Providing access to minors.

The data, notes and photos you upload are yours and are private by default. You grant us only the permission necessary to store, process and display them to you in order to provide the service.

You can delete your account at any time from the settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law, notifying you where possible.

Yechil is provided as is, with reasonable care. We are not liable for the results of your cultivation, for the decisions you make based on the information on the platform, or for its use contrary to the law, except where consumer legislation does not allow liability to be limited.

We may modify these terms; we will notify you of important changes in advance. They are governed by Spanish law and, if you are a consumer, by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. If you have any questions, write to us at yechilalways@gmail.com.
